Being Thankful

(Random Thought of the Day: Question-“Is the glass half empty or half full?” Answer-“It depends on the level the water was at before it reached that halfway point. If at first it was empty, then it would be considered half full at the halfway point. If at first it was full, then it would be considered half empty at the halfway point. Right?)

Anyway…To start, HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

In my opinion:

Being thankful is all about counting your blessings and seeing the bright side in everything no matter how hard it may be. No one is perfect and everyone has their burden to carry in life. Some people just hide it better than others. (1) Don’t be jealous of someone else’s life. Everything happens for a reason. You were given your life and they were given theirs. That person might seem perfect on Instagram, but most people don’t post their bad side and sad moments on social media. You never know what that person might have to deal with behind closed doors. (2) Remember, everything is relative to your point of view and perspective. There might be something about your life that you do not like, but “If most of us threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else’s, we’d grab ours back.”-Regina Brett (I changed the quote a little bit). (3) Seeing the bright side of everything: Examples- Waking up at 5:30 am on a Monday morning sucks, but be thankful you woke up at all. If someone you love is annoying you, be thankful that person is even in your life.

I hope this post was inspiring in some way. I am thankful to all of you who read my blog. I really do appreciate it!

What are you thankful for? Please comment and have a Happy Thanksgiving and a great day! 🙂

Until next time,

Phoenix
